    Here's what I've found:
    1. Sign in to your Google account at Blogger.com.
    2. Click the "New Post" button next to the blog you'd like to create a post and attach an item to.
    3. Click the painting icon on the toolbar to add an image to your blog post or click the film icon to add video to your post.
    4. Write your blog post as you normally would. When finished click the "Publish Post" button. Your new blog post will now show up on your site with your selected media item attached to it

    Thank you. But it is way for media file only. What about PDF files?

    Unfortunately, Blogger doesn't directly support attaching files like PDFs or Docs. But there's a workaround! You can:
    1. Upload your file to Google Drive.
    2. Share the file with anyone with the link.
    3. Paste the shared link into your Blogger post.
