I am starting to get a complex...

I have been getting about 4,000 impressions per day and if I get 3 clicks I am lucky. Yesterday I got 3800 impressions and 1 click, which I think was mine since it was actually something I was interested in...

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    My ads are on http://www.thephotostation.net

Maybe you can have a try on, putting your G_A on top under your Online Coupons or Camera world. And in every post.

Remark : On the right-top side, is really plain. Maybe you can try putting a ads of camera (which similar to DP, an ads on the top-right) :)

Cheers man. Wish you good luck

There are two things to keep in mind: It doesn't matter how "interesting" the ads are, you should never ever click on your own ads.

The other thing is, your ads are on a forum, and forums get refreshed a lot, so 3800 impressions can easily be generated by a few 100 visitors. The important number here isn't impressions, but rather unique visitors. How many uniques do you get a day?

If you have read google's webmaster help section they have clearly said it would be better if you put ads in 1ST SCROLL make it possible and see the difference.

I think your ad placement isn’t the best. I actually had to look around to find it. Try moving things around, maybe to the top right like here on DP.

Agree on placement. And not to forget on the color, maybe you can try match back the forum color + a bit brighter that will make it touch out.

Check out the G_A help, there's a demo on it. :)

People need to stop obsessing over ad placement. Without the traffic to convert it, it hardly matters if you have the world's greatest ad placement.

Thanks for all the tips and advice. I will play with it some more.

As far as unique visits, I get anywhere from 1K-2K a day, at most 3k.

On those heavy days my impressions go to 6k-8k, but no noticable additonal clicks.
