    Hello Graphic experts,
    i want to change the background of image to red colour but i dont know how to do it.Should it be done manually.
    I want to change the colour of background without affecting the text font and edges.
    Please help me guys! below i have created example i want to change the colour from black to red.
    The image is in gif format so i cannot access its layers.
    How do i do it??

    I would recreate the image in photoshop. You could try making a selection of the background but it will be hard to selection only the background. Once you have the selection, change the fill color as desired. The attached image you provided isn't the image in question so it is hard for me to say anymore.

    or try Image>Adjustments>Hue & Saturation

    Move the slider around until you get red.

    No i cannot do that because the image is trademarked and only background colour can be changed.There should be no change in font and its style.
    Please suggest any idea for me to change background colour !

    Go to Image - Adjustments - Selective Colour, Now select the colour black in the top menu, and change the value of cyan to -100%{please note its -(minus)100%} and you will get the red coloured background!
