Wow, your adsense placement is terrific, I can hardly find them upon my first glance. The color is nice and place is even better. I can only say it's "NICE".

I couldn't locate the Adsense ads until I saw "Ads by Goooooogle" at the bottom of the 1st two columns.

You definitely have to tell us how your adsense account is going. Well done, apart from the adsense placement the rest of the site looks preety good too

I bought Greg-J's Myspace script from the Buy, Sell, Trade forum for only $147. It has really been worth every penny. He is so helpful and he even has a support forum open. I suggest if you want a site as nice as mine that you go out there and buy the script!

You should probably change "Sponsors" to "Sponsored Links"

This may seem like a minor detail, but it is explicitly stated in Google's program policies

You might want to check with Google about that. It might be considered a deceptive tactic that will confuse the visitor. It confused me.

    Good blending though!

Google Adsense has replied to my email:

Publishers are not permitted to use methods that may prompt unintentional
user clicks on the Google ads. These activities are strictly prohibited in
order to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs. We therefore
kindly ask that you do not blend your ads so much, in order to reduce the
    possibility of confusing users.

you know what you could do is leave the google ads just as you have them but take out your other links so you can't be charged with trying to blend your ads. the google ads will still have that navigation look. or you can try leaving your links with the google ads and just making your link a different color. see if google accepts that. just my 2 cents :)
