    Placement seems ok. Maybe you could change colors that would fit better.

    About proxies, It's almost impossible to get traffic (especially not organic) these days.
    Unless you spam social sites, but I would not suggest you trying this method.

    I see a lot of keywords all mixed into the paragraphs of text you have on your site. I would try making that text more targeted towards long tail web proxy related keywords, and then create a few pages the same on your site all targeting different web proxy keywords, that way each page may have some chance of ranking for some term.

    At the moment all I see in targeting is a mashup of high competition web proxy keywords.
