Firefox all the way forever. I have tried several different things but nothing is as good as FireFox. I even tried Google Chrome I liked some things but nothing compares to FireFox. They have all the great ad on's and everything. [IMG]

Mozilla Firefox is much better than IE, i like the addons for firefox a lot.

Like Web Developer Toolbar, Tab Mix Plus, Menu Editor...

I don't think one can use this with IE.

Firefox is the best. I love the plugins, security, how fast it is, and how well it renders code.

Me, being a web developer and designer, know the pain in getting your sites work in IE because of its stupidity. I have been reading a term very often which goes like this " IE users must die " lol..

If you want a competition between just IE and firefox, I say Firefox is the best. But personally it is a tad too slow and my fav is Chrome

I *always* use FF, however, there's a fact that some websites simply won't work in FF. That's when I start IE.

No. Firefox is better than IE because it is technically superior. It's reasonably up to date with all the latest web technologies while IE can't properly handle stuff from 1998, such as the DOM, XHTML, SVG, proper javascript, and more. IE8 will be better at CSS2.1 but not better enough at anything else. It's a dismal browser that couldn't punch its way out of a paper bag.

Only people who don't know better use IE. For example, if you visit any known web developer's blog, you'll see that none of them use IE. So if the people who know better don't use IE, you shouldn't either.

False. IE uses components that are also used by other parts of the operating system. These are not reported as being part of IEs resources. If you could add them all together, you'd find IE uses just as much memory as FF.
