What's a Good Site/Blog Tracking Tool?

Something that shows details in incoming visitors, what site they came from, page views, what they clicked on and how long they've been in the site/blog and the like. Something that can do all that in Real-Time. Any suggestions?

just checked out the site, is there something wrong with it because the site is really bland and the live demo link doesn't work. Or maybe my browsers are just acting up?
