    I have been raking my brain for a while now on how to make some serious money on the Internet :confused:

    I know it can be done, we have all seen the "Overnight Successes" on the net. Putting all the "Get Rich Quick" scams to one side, what is going to be the "Next Big Thing"?
    After many hours of thinking, the only way I can see big money being made is porn, it the most popular subject o the net.

    Do you guys have any opinions?

    I've been wondering about it alot lately. ColaDesigns, I did was quite caught up by 'The Rich Jerk'. I feel his ways, are a bit unethical - and you don't want to build your business on something like that?

    I think the money now is mainly in data processing and days of web-marketting are dead?

    AJAX websites are starting to pop up, the potentials are huge for a big hit. Although building AJAX sites requires lots of effort so no get rich quick schemes. But while we talk about get rich schemes, any website with decent content can be a big hit as long as you put in the hours and money for advertising. From my experience so far, it doesn’t matter what you sell, it matters how you sell it. It happens all the time, bad product out sells good product because bad product has better marketing team. Good luck on finding the holly grail on the net.

    I think one can come with a competetive idea in any internet-sector... It's just about HOW you do it. There is TONS of sh*tty sites, but only FEW good ones.

    Yes, I've read the book. He does have all the secrets of the selling products really well. And I'm sure by all means, they are legal. But to me, it feels a bit unethical.

    Well, if its not much about moral values for you, I think it would be a good choice to read. Good Luck!

    It`s a pity that Adsense doesn`t accept porn. I would have dozens of porn websites until now, if google accepted them.

    Anyway i think i will make some and use adultfriendfinder or other affiliate programs

    How would you go about getting material for a porn site anyway? Can you buy pictures/movies in bulk that you can put on your site? Ive always been curious because they cant all be hiring porn stars... :eek:

    Yes.. there are content providers that will provide you with everything you need to start your own business. There are also firms that are ready to shot movies just for you if you pay the big f$$s.
