    Well if I can consistently attain 2% ctr, I wouldn't take the risk and move things around.

    I think your ad placement is very good, particularly on the homepage; plus the colour of the links immediately attracts attention.
    Also CTR of 2% sounds absolutely normal, so in my opinion all that you have to work on now is traffic :)

    What's a good WordPress plugin to do this?

    Also, my CTR is <2%. I can't give you any more details, but it's not very good. I guess that I just need more traffic?

    I get around 15 - 50 unique visitors a day. I definitely need to improve this.
