    Personally I think the header of your site is way too large, and you've got way too many ads on the page. However, that is just my personal opinion.

    the link at the end of the posts is ok but the rest just make your site look like spam, i'd focus on 1 ad

    I think you should move the big laderboard by adbite and put it nexto to the Logo where is the text. And remove some of the ads that you have form up to the down of the site. They are to many.

    i think it's a lost cause, i counted 14 ads on the page, nobody is going to take your site seriously and revisit and google will eventually drop you, 10 of those might be in error of coding at the end of each post but that leaves 4 which is still too many
