    You can improve on blending your ads. As it seems your skyscraper ads on the right-hand side has different color than the cell's background. There are tips on how to further blend your ads.

    Since you don't have much content, the ads you're getting aren't very targetted. I suggest adding more text/picture content.

    I don't see the "Ads by Gooooogle" anywhere near your ads. Did you remove it? I'm pretty confident that's against the TOS.

    Your side bar ads are getting hidden because the white color in the middle is catching the eyes of the vistors. It will be better if you use different eyecatching colors to make the ads draw more attention.
