There are a few opensource ecommerce cms' like zencart or magento. Magento is the one of the newest shopping carts on the scene and is getting a lot of attention.

If you are familar with Drupal you can look at one of their two ecommerce modules: Ecommerce or Ubercart.

I'm not sure about Wordpress but I'm sure one of the wordpress users on here can help you with that. If you want something similar to the link provided I suggest shopping around for more of the commerical ecommerce scripts. I couldn't give you a suggestion on a particular one as I am only familar with opensource shopping carts.

    Hope that helps a little.

The problem for me is the template because the all scripts are based on an shop for items not for an service, infact many had the page for exmplain the product, image and ectt
The only for now seems similar to it is that
    http://e107shop.com/e107_plugins/e107shop/products.php?cat=1
but i dont think is more stable...
Any other ideas are welcome, the problem for me isn't spend some money but dont want spend thousand $$$..
    Sorry for my english!

You can try joomla and Virtuemart, you can get nice design, but you need to know both to do it well

My vote is also for Joomla. You will find a lot of good templates on the internet for Joomla. However you need some effort for installation and using its administration control panel.

I would also suggest Magento Commerce. The admin area is very simplistic for the non-techie type. :)
