Logo does not blend on site's header, please help

I am having trouble making my logo blend on my site's header. Although the logo was designed using my site's header theme as the background, when one looks at the logo on my site it looks like a clip art. How do you guys design logos so they blend well with the site/ site header and no one can tell the difference. I need to know what the problem is so I can tell my logo designer. Attached are some files with the logo on my site's header.

Logo1 is just the default text on the header i.e. no logos.
Logo2 is the logo on the site's header. This logo was designed using my site's header as the background.
Logo3 was designed using a transparent background.
Logo4 was designed using my site's header as the background.

If you're doing this in Photoshop: delete the background layer and save it as a PNG. That would keep the background transparent.

    Hope that helps. :)

Why don't you save the whole thing as one gif, rather than a blend?
The problem is the optimisation process which changes colours.

I don't know what software my logo designer is using. I will find out from him. I requested that he send me the logo as text only but when I try it on my site it has the same effect as the transparent background.

Here you go, I just remade it for you:

Replacing your current logo image with this one should do it.

Thanks OGC. I tried it on my site but this has a wide background.
