    Same here.. those are easily the top 3 picks for purchasing websites.

    When buying from sitepoint it's always best to make sure the domain registration date matches up with how long the sites been established for. I've caught a few people trying to scam over there with "OMG 8 MONTHS ESTABLISHED WEBSITE" when the domain was reg'd 2 weeks prior.

    you have to be careful with sitepoints, some sellers trying to pull quick one, fake traffic/revenue, photoshopped screenshots, etc.
