No one is Clicking!

Hi, I'm beginning to get more traffic to my site but no one is clicking on my ads. I'm wondering if it's because of the placement or the content. Please have a look and give me your opinions. Thanks, Ozzie :)

Your ads are too near the bottom.

Take this page - http://ozzieblackcat.tripod.com/id10.html - you have the Google search at the top. I would personally have a 728x90 header banner here and move the Google search to the bottom of the page.

Try moving the adsense at up to the top or middle of your content.

you have far too many things going on in that page, all of them distract me, the pictures, colourful backgrounds, animations. It is rather confusing .I have to scroll down the page to find the ads...try putting the ad blended with your content and try reducing the number of pictures there. Right now, all ads are clustered towards the bottom, nobody scrolls down bottom when the content has already ended. Also, try focusing on one type of ad, have amazon on some other place (or have a small link for amazon) honestly speaking, there is far too many banners and ads there

If no one is clicking you are either serving up non relevant ads or you may have poor quality traffic.

Can you say BANNER BLINDNESS? No one's clicking because there are too many banners thrown up throughout the page. I wanted to leave the moment I arrived. The "wolfpack" of banners you placed at the bottom is what breaks the camels back (provided your visitors make it that far).

You should stick to one font color. I thought I was looking at a Picasso painting or something.

Use more blended text ads than banners. Remember, less is more.

    Good luck

You also want to make the ads relevant to the content on your web pages. 99.9% of those banners had nothing to do with your page content.

Okay, 100% of the banners had nothing to do with the content. Again, use less (2 or 3 more relevent) banners and put more text ads on your pages.

How much "traffic" (your counter says only 767, and 100 of that is probably people from DP), and you aren't going to make any money by burying your ads at the bottom with all the other ads. Put them on top where they can be seen and click. No one is going to hunt for your ads just to make you money. You have to make them see it.

The secret to finding out what ad combination and placement works for your site is simple:

Test something new. Wait a week. Look at the results. Repeat what works, change what doesn't. Repeat as needed.

it's all about ad placement. i recently changed mine and now im actually getting some clicks. change it around, let it sit for a few days/a week and if it's not working try something different. the big thing IMHO seems to be to try and make the ads look like part of your site.

    ps.

-you have two dead images @ your site

Yeah, it is sometimes difficult to get traffic.
What do you mean by high PR.. what is high PR for you?

What is sure that PR influences speed of crawling. With PR5 you get spidered regularly and your deep pages will likely went into google index.

He's new to this, so his idea of "traffic" is probably not that much. His own site counter still only reads 799 when I clicked on his link a minute ago, so how much "traffic" could he possibly have?
