    I have been playing around with photoshop of sometime... So i have the basics done pretty good... I want expand my knowledge so I can do some new things... Where is the best place to go for tutorials on photoshop...

    I have photophop cs3 if that matters at all....

    I did that and came up with alot of options so I came on here trying to find out which ones are the best.. that way I dont have to look through each one of them....

    Google "PSDTUTS". There are enough free tutorials there to keep you busy for months. Some of the techniques are really difficult, but you will learn more tricks by at least attempting some of them.

    I always found that the easiest tutorials for learning new software was through watching it off youtube, rather than reading it, that way you can see it being done, as you do it.

    you can download a lot of premade shapes, styles, gradients.. it saves a lot of time.

    a very artistic set of tuts is photoshop secret. its a set of dvds for like 40$. its VERY GOOD. They have advanced effects, but do it step by step, and since its all on video, you can pause and catch up.

    as far as learning goes, i highly recommend redoing art pieces you like.
