    No it cannot calm you really. It’s just wrong fiction that smoking can help. How can it help you when it’s killing you? Even if it helps in something that’s much much less than damage it brings.

    My friend from Korea started smoking when he was 10. He said it's very common there. He's 20 now. He has a very gross cough. He always tells me "never smoke!!"

    i have been smoking for 10 years, its bullshit i hate the crap and im trying my best to give up grrr.
    wish smokes were not invented. but i guess i have no one to blame but my self.

    I don't approve of smoking. It's unhealthy but if that's what you want to do it's fine. At the same time, be concious of others.

    It's rude to blow a puff of smoke in their faces as well as smoke around kids. Second hand smoke is worse than first hand.
