    Hi everyone ..

I need feedback for my logo located at http://www.youtips.net/
I'm not really good in graphic design , so I'm just asking if it's enough for a start up (new site) ...

don't tell me to hire someone , I want to do things on my own ..

    thanks for feedback ..

I think what you have is good enough for a start up. It's better to just get things going and to not get hung up on all the details.

I think it's important to separate yourself from the bulk of the bunch. I try to apply my USP as much to my logo as I do to the domains that I own.

As far as logos in general go, I try to incorporate my own unique header into all my Bio or About Pages that state why I created this so-so website to begin with.

    Good Luck!

Well, I would have used a little more professional fonts (like Myriad, Helvetica, or something similar)

It's a little flat, maybe a shade or gradient makes it look better.

Im in no position to be snobby about it because i cant do it myself but it looks fine as a temporary logo, it aint bad, i cant suggest what to do to improve it but i think it can be improved.

I think it's fine for a temporary logo.

I would have gone with a darker hue though, to make it stand out more. :D

Not bad at all. I know you can do better than that. Try to make the font color or text a little bit more attractive and emphasized.

it looks like a logo of a single forum or a porn site... i would go with a blue or green. and maybe add a stroke..

Thanks , all of you for your feedback ..
If I find 2 minutes in the coming days , maybe I'll try to improve it .. Otherwise, as you said , it's not too bad ..

    Thanks , but honestly , I don't think I can :)

I'm not sure to understand the point ..

real earth ? and it will be my favicon .. I don't think it's a good idea .. maybe something else to figure out ? any Idea ?

No one likes the "i" point , so I must change it ..

the simplest thing to get more attention to your logo is add a box for it..make a box that have some style with the logo. so the logo is look fit in :)
