After over a month of PSA I'm removing adsense.

Hi,

I have a blog which contains right at 1000 words on the main page in its current form. AdSense had been running on this blog since I created it five weeks ago.

Five weeks and what ads do I get served ?

PSA twenty four hours a day for five full weeks.

Thanks a lot google , bang up job !

Anyone else have this type of problem ? I understand it can take a bit for adsense to pick up on what ads to serve but FIVE WEEKS ?

On the other foot my other sites which are newer started getting adsense within a week.

First of all, spare us the hissy fits, and just give us your URL and we'll take a look. Chances are you have a stop word on your page that triggers the PSAs.

 

Negative, no stop word. And I'm not asking for a review, nor is this in the review forum so don't expect a URL.

 

How is anyone suppose to comment without knowing the full extent of the problem? I know you said don't expect a URL, but it would probably be a good idea to post it.

Fine Noob, figure it out yourself.

The problem is a word in your text, not that google is slow. It does not have to be a swear word but something less obvious, even an innocent seeming words such as "expired" can do it.

Thanks for the link, however I looked over the list and I'm sure withing about 95% that none of those words show up on my page.

Any ways, the main purpose of this thread was to find other people with similar experiences as I've heard more than one person here @ DP upset that they were getting a lot of PSAs.

 

So what exactly do you want us to do?

 

Gather around a campfire and sing kumbiyah? Always works when my sites get PSAs. Give it a shot!

 

Have you considered emailing Google? I'm willing to bet vast sums of cash they'll tell you exactly what's wrong.

I didnt come hear to get solutions, I have a solution already. I don't need nor do I want you to review my site, that's why it's not in ANY of the "review my site" sections.

i definitely think there is some unique problem with your site. If you post the URL i am sure with the experts here you will avoid the PSA's.

I have a site with no content but only images still i dont get PSA's and thats because of the expert help from people here.

If you choose not to disclose your URL then so be it. I am sure there would be nobody here who have had to take adsense out because of PSA's and if there are some then they only didnot discuss it here like you.

To answer your question, I've not seen many people have PSA's for that long. Most of them would have figured out why sooner:

and have at least implemented alternative ads . If the whole world can get ads on qualifying pages, then so can you.

why dont you just choose not to show PSA would be a good start

 

haha cause then my ad space turns into these big white blocks

 

it will fill back in with ads in a day or so.
