I was really tempted to give you infractions for non-English posts. But I assumed you wouldn't have seen the humor in it. And I suppose Pig Latin is a form of English.

I didn't even remember that was against the rules. It appears I'll have to review all of the rules again.

Over at NetBuilders, we have enough Dutch and Belgian members for an occasional Dutch conversation and I have also tried a bit of Hindi and Bengali. I'd like to get an entire sub-forum going in Spanish.

Our mod team is conversant in Portuguese, Arabic, Hebrew (I think), German, Tamil, Sanskrit, Spanish, Italian, and French. I believe we will expand that to Dutch and Bosnian soon.

 

Oh, I would have seen the humor in it, believe me. Why not. It stands to reason with all the inconsistencies here lately that this would land me with an infraction, or a ban. However the group of nutjobs that lurks in P/R can call me a bitch, asshole, moron, trailer park, or make outrageous claims about dead people.

Yeah, I should really be the one getting the infraction.

With the exception of a few moderators (lowest on the totem pole I'm afraid - you know who you are) I can honestly say this place has turned to complete doo doo, lately.

It's very disconcerting having to continually watch what you say or do whilst others are able to do - pretty much "whatever!!!!"

I mean, can I post my offers (package deals as it were) in the BST now like everyone else does? I got banned for that. Banned 25 minutes before the rule was posted BTW.

Can I say, "I PM'd you" like everyone else does in BST???

Can I call people bitches, assholes, morons, or say they live in trailer parks free of getting banned too???

Can I harass the shit out of some lunatic, make outrageous claims and tell everyone a bunch of bullshit lies and out of context mis-quotes. Even if that person has me on ignore for the explicit purpose of not having to see what stupid thing he's gonna claim next?

Can I pad my post count posting useless unrelated crap in the Optigold forums?

In the 11 years I've been associated with DP (yeah, ELEVEN PEOPLE)... I've never felt the need to complain this openly and publicly about this crap. But I am fed up.

I know I am not alone. I've been here longer than most, I know for a fact I've been here longer than any moderator, hell before there were moderators and before there was even a forum.

The utter lack of attention to the most basic of consistent rule enforcement has pushed away others like me that are in that first 500. The actuall CUSTOMERS of DIGITAL POINT SOLUTIONS the SOFTWARE company!!!

The value that this forum once offered is all but gone. And the credit for that goes to a select group of inept and biased moderators, PERIOD!!!!

Here come the infractions!!!
