BANNED from Digg...again...How to avoid it?

    Hey guys!

    I use digg to help buff my traffic, backlinks and get more spots in google. Originally I had a few accounts and used them to bump up my digg rating on other submissions but all accounts got banned.

    How can I avoid these bannings?
