Can you please give me advice on how to improve the ads on my blog. Please take a look and help me find more "elusive" ways into getting clicks. :)
    I'd really appreciate it!

That's odd, I can't see them too but this occasionally happens only on the front page, so please try going to different pages such as:

First thing I would do if I were you is not use blogger. I'm not 100% positive, but think that google doesn't index them. I have a couple blogs on there and can't find them in the search engines. You should get your own domain - GoDaddy with code diggnation gives you a domain for $6.95. I recommend using WordPress for your blog.

You should at least put an ad on the top of your blog to start....but, again, I'd get off of blogger.

    1. google does index them
    2. I will consider getting a domain from GoDaddy - thanks for the code
    3. I do have an ad at the top of the blog, but for some reason of which I don't know, it won't work on the home page
    4. is there any ideas any of you can tell me about my ad placement?

    thanks :)

mix your text links ads in with your menu, making the ads have the same font color and general position as the menu. Put pictures next to your large rectangle, and add a third ad box somewhere.

Also, follow the previous advice. Make your own template. Getting a domain is a good idea, especially if your blogs new. I made the mistake of getting a bunch of high PR backlinks to my blogspot address, so now, even though I have a domain setup for the blog, I don't want to break the hundreds of links I have pointing to my blogger domain.

EDIT: And figure what your problem is on your homepage not displaying ads and fix it.

We were all there at one point. Think of an idea for a site, and go out and create it. Do some advertising, and get your site going. Then strategicly place ads around, and you'll make some money.

One way is to place your image html code in column in a table, and then place your adsense code in the other column. If you do not know how to make tables, you can use this site which will make the tables for you:

does that sidebar look better on the left or right, and would it be a good idea to add a poll on it, so the readers can be more interactive?

go to hxxp://jacksont123.blogspot.com to see what the new design with the left sidebar with the poll looks like
go to hxxp://domination17.blogspot.com to see the current design

At the moment, I'm only seeing PSA, so if you got clicks or not, it would be pointless since you'd make no money.

Wait for the Google crawler to get to your site and then you're links will update.

There is nothing "elusive" about clicks.

If you really want to make money with AdSense you need to have substantial traffic.

What have you done towards bringing in thousands of uniques per day? Let's just say hypothetically your content is the best and AdSense is optimized, what bridges are you building to your site? Link trades for direct traffic? SEO campaign for organic search traffic? Paid advertising?
