Please review my designer skills

I recently got back into the "designing" game after a 3 years break and yesterday i tought that i need to hear some oppinions regarding them.So please review my graphic skills.

great work, what tools do you use

 

Wow man. A lot of those designs are really great. They all stand out in a good way and look unique.

By the looks of it you are a great designer. Wise move on getting back into the design game.

I think using your skills in the contests section and in the design section could make you some decent money.

 

Thanks mate,I'm allready active on those sections & on other websites.The truth is that here on DP people look for really cheap designs(around 50$/design) & they want high quality too so for that price it isn't worth it.I'ts a shame that people think that web designers can work around 6 hours(in my case) on a website and get payed so low.Anyhow thanks for the reply,i really appreciate it.

Really like your work on those Designs

 

Hi there AWD - I think you are a good designed but that's strange - there is a huge gap between some of your designs when it comes to quality.

For example:

these 2 are total crap - no offence but they look like 98-99 designs.
I think you have a lot of potential but should work more on your own style that will be visible in all of your work.

Caffeinatedworld thanks for your reply i really appreciate your criticism.I will take in consideration what you've pointed out but will also remember that there are also people who like my designs just the way they are now,so I will try better in the future.At the end of the day it all comes down to your personal taste & thanks again for replying.

The most important thing about your portfolio is that is shows diversity. That's GOOD! I can't tell you how many portfolios I look at that show only one style over and over and over again. I admit that I am guilty of that as well sometimes, so I have to force myself to try different things.

Nice work. Keep it up! The more you create, the better you will become.
