    Hello I'm getting very close to finishing my new website. I've put quite a decent amount of work into it. The last couple pages I need to do soon are.. terms and conditions and the privacy policy. I do need these don't I? My site is dealing with recommending freebie networks and kind of reviewing them and tutorials.
    I don't have a membership and I don't sell anything. I just refer them and if they sign up under me I will have their email address. I guess I need to have a privacy policy for this correct? Can anyone tell me how to write these or any ideas or comments? Thanks. Hope I asked the question correctly lol.

    Actually you don't need a privacy policy...

    Because your site is not a membership site.So i guess you are not going to collect any personal data from your visitors.
