    Yes, My proxy network is currently hosted at 02proxyhost, using Medium package . Up time and speed is good. Don't forget to use coupon codes for discounts ;)

    They should call that site instead CensorsedDNS.com . Try 4.2.2.1 , or 4.2.2.2 Level 3 DNS

    The most important thing while getting into proxy biz is choose the right host depending on which script are you using and how far you're going to take your proxy, as I've seen most of the newbies getting into proxy business land up in getting their hosting account suspended within 2-3days

    Offshore or onshore doesnt matters much here as proxies are legal but what matters more is the server resources they use. Proxies normally use much higher server resources than any other script so there are seperate webhosts for hosting proxy sites or you can host it on your vps/dedi . Do ensure that your host allows proxies to be hosted to avoid hassles in future
