just delete the sitemap from googles site, for URL's you can use robots.txt to stop crawling specified URL's

I had that happen a few times myself. The best thing to do is recreate the sitemap and then click the resubmit sitemap on your account. Plus make sure that there are no links pointing to the pages that no longer exist.

If you need updated sitemaps, AutoMapIt crawls your site regularly and updates your maps for you... this is exactly why I created it in the first place. I didn't have time to keep running software and I always forgot to make updates :p

they have different servers so it takes some time for the results to get right. But it will, just resubmit a new one. It should work.
