    It is already well optimized. Personnally I would put the ad block on the right, higher. Like switching the recent posts with the ad, so that it is visible without scrolling down the page.
    Other than that, you use adlink and adsense search, so what can I say?
    Perhaps that you could try to integrate the adsense search in your blog template, but it is more fun than useful I guess.
