    however i've seen in many well world known websites, anyway i will change it

    but i really don't know where are the best places to put google ads blocks !!

    You can't put this "Web 2.0 Templates Categories" above a google ads. It's called labelling the ads, and can't be done with other things than advertizements or sponsored links.

    Just an Idea, what if you made the text itself a hyperlink? so the ads are just around the link?
    Just an idea and dont know about the TOS issue. you would have to ask someone else about TOS, I do black hat and couldn't care less.
