Hi proxy owners! I'm currently using o2proxyhost.com as a hosting provider and I'm pretty happy of them, they haven't been offline since I started using them

And is it just me or are there less proxies being made than the past year? I remember thousands of proxies the first days of September and now there are a lot less proxies... or is it just me?

 

Be careful as it may cause your adsense to be smartpriced by google.

 

Guys, does changing server increases adsense revenue?

 

Change ad placement and type.
Use wider ads.
Don't put too many ads on limited content page.

 

I already did that .

But when I'm on my old hosting provider my revenue is good. And when I switched on my new server my revenue dropped to %50

 

History of your ip.

 

What do you mean by "History of your ip"? blacklisted?

 

Yes it does affect your earning.
If your hosting is fast then,you're able to get lots of happy user thus increase in earning.
And if you use low cost hosting,their speed is low always time out,so no people will use your proxy.

 

I would avoid that. 50k Irani traffic is gonna cause your adsense account to be smartpriced so crazily that its not even worth compared to just 1000 US traffic. Furthermore, if there are too much clicks from Iran IPs, or if someone does a small scale clickbomb your account would be in danger of suspension.

 

Wondering.. how you guys ban some unwanted IP to aceess your proxy site, easily

 

Sometimes when you switch server, you will be given an IP which was blocked previously. Most people use proxy for a few months and once they think it got blocked, they requested a new IP. It would not be possible for you to have that bad IP.

Another possibility is speed of server. Slow server would only drove people away. You know, people who are looking for something free won't bother to stay longer especially when the site is slow. Unless the site is rare.

you can use phpld directory script with 4-6 categories

 

Its depend on you.
I more comfortable with using .htacess coz its simple and easy.
