    seems okay, but u can always improve by using link units smwhere near your top menu

    I also really like your blog, just the logo at the top left corner looks a little unprofessional, you should choose an higher resolution, also some more colors for your blog would not be bad either.

    the 728x90 in the header you can forget about it because you'll get close to no click at all and since it is the first one in the html, it has 4 highest paying ads which you'll never earn from.
    Then you should have an adsense block between your header and the content, in the content column.

    I will consider the suggestion.

    I know the logo looks really poor. I tested using different colours but doesn't look good, so had to remove it.

    Thanks a lot from your suggestion. I didn't know that the first block in the HTML has highest paying ads. I will definitely be making changes this weekend. Hopefully I will have some time from client work.

    I believe your website need more colour. To me, satisfying the eyes comes first than the actual text. So try to add banner, images related to posts, colourful heading etc.

    Otherwise your website's bounce rate will stay high and your ROI won't be great!
