It may take a while before you stop getting them. I have some sub pages on my site that still get them and it's about 3 weeks old or so.

Maybe theres not enough content on your site for adsesne to recognize what ads to pull.

Blogger can be a little tricky. My FF Adsense preview tool shows the ads, but ads are about blogging, so nothing good.

You have to wait untill the adsense bot stops by to analyse your webpages..

It can take some time before AdSense display revelant ads. The site need to be crawled by the AdSense bot.
And there is only 2 posts on your blog, maybe you should put more content.

BTW, your blog looks very bad with firefox

Don't they have an option when you make your ad code up to allow or deny public service ads?

No, AdSense bot is there at first refresh, at least on my all sites were (I don't use blogger and that kind of stuff). And when I add new page or site, first refresh and ads are here. ;)

The adsense bot can take a while, especially if the site is new. So give it some more time and see what happens.

Yes, but ads won't show because of that, you can select coloured background or alternative url.

You mean there is a risk that NOTHING will be displayed by google except "advertise here" or something?

No, this means that IF Google cannot find a pertinent ad to display in your page, then the ad place will be replaced by a coloured background or an alternative URL instead of the public ad.

Normally, if the pages have content the ads appear on the first refresh.
if you have a new account wait a while and see what happens.
Meanwhile put lots of content on your site.
    cheers
