Not true at all, I had 50k iran uniques daily coming to me. It's not the greatest traffic, however, it's still money. It's also worth a hell of a lot more than 1k US uniques, so hush until you know what your saying. thanks.

Each of my own proxies brings in 1k-1.5k US visitors a day gets me $1-$3 per click/proxy. No doubt I get very less clicks but I make more than $10/site a day on average. Compared with 50k Iranian visitors, you are talking about a RAM usage of 4gb and above while mine only uses less than 0.2gb (20x lesser usage). Your earnings probably wouldnt be more than $10 above, I reckon it would only be between $5-$10 (based on adsense). Comparing all the odds, yes it is not worth it and I do know what I am talking about. I have had the experience of easily pulling in 50k Iran/China traffic in 1 day and I have the statistics as well. Not to mention, with tons of Iranian clicks, you are looking at smart pricing effects kicking in in 1 day with your clicks going down to $0.01 or even none at times. Just my 2 cents.

Had the same problem.....Speed is is not an issue, as I moved from a VPS to a dedicated server. And I always keep a watch on the loading times.

Then the question lies in how long has this been? How old is your Adsense account? And how much did it pulled in in the month of August for Adsense? Are there any other good authority sites in your Adense account? Having other good non-proxy authority sites with good high volume traffic in your adsense account can help prevent Smart pricing from affecting the whole account. Adsense has pulled out from certain middle east countries, hence the reason why traffic from these countries causes smart pricing.

It can take days, weeks or sometimes 1-2 months. Normally just weeks. My advise would be to write unique content on your proxy, block out the bad traffic on all your proxy sites and if your lucky within 7 days your account will go back to normal standing. Adsense evaluates your account every once in a few days when it is smart priced - by automated robots or human that I can't confirm. Then again, based on my experience and observation there are 2 kinds of smart pricing. One affects only a particular site that has been hit with lots of Iranian/China clicks, while sometimes smart pricing has an effect on the whole account.

How can you tell which it is currently? That is if you see clicks that are above $0.50 on any of your sites in your Adsense account, then you can be quite sure that smart pricing is not affecting your whole account. $0.50 and above per click on proxy sites is easy to get if they are from US/Cad/UK visitors. If smart pricing is affecting your whole account, you would need to do some clean up on all your sites. Unique content is still one of the good ways as well as good traffic

Guys I totality reprogrammed my site http://hidefinder.com from scratch with using Smarty/PHP/Curl and a better submit page. The proxies are now just listed on the front page. Nothing fancy but its all automatic, you dont have to set what Country your proxy is in or anything, just the url. The rest is Auto. Let me know of any bugs. Feel free to submit!
