I need a us address, can you tell me which service cheap?

I think he needs an mailing address in the USA, particularly one which can forward mails to him so that he can use with his ebay and paypal account. From his other post, he is residing in Vietnam.

You could get a PO Box address but they may not be acceptable for what you want to do.

MyUS is the biggest of all. $132/year is cheap considering that you rent a virtual square meter of land in the States to put your packages and mails, a street address, and incoming phone call cloaking. Since they're gold user of DHL, you'll enjoy the savings for courier forwarding packages home.

With the US address, you can order the merchandises shipped to only "US Address" such as laptops, telescopes, eletronic equipments, gadgets, ebay items, etc. You can request MyUS to pay via PayPal or check for you if the sellers accept only local transactions.

I was with them a year ago, and I liked the way they packaged all mails and small packages into a big one to cut DHL shipping cost.

 

$132 is cheap for some countries or for some individues. But for newbie that have a limit capital (money) $132 is expensive. But, like brandnewx said, MyUS is among the best.. Is not my false, their services started since 1997.

That's about $11 to maintain the mailbox address which is cheap. Well, since you are requesting service from the US, you should expect US pricing, sadly it is just part of doing business.

Do a search in Google for the term 'US mail forwarding service', you should find a good number businesses offering that service. I am hopefully not sure how many can beat the pricing which MyUS can offer.

Don't even think about it dude. PayPal will ask for driving license and SSN if you open US paypal account. If you appear to be foreign citizen living outside the States, your pp account is suspended, all fund confiscated.

 

You know, it's ironic that sometimes I think of incorporating a LLC in Delaware, USA just to be able to use PayPal. I would have to pay at least $1000 a year just to keep the LLC legally registered. Then I can open PayPal Corporate account. To verify, i'd supply them LLC documents and EIN.

Now, i won't give paypal the sh*t. I would rather beg the other party to use escrow.com, moneybookers or 2checkout.

 

Paypal is owned by ebay. I am sure in time they would see through your scheme and would lock your account.

The only way you can get a valid address in the US to obtain a Paypal US account is to be in the US itself or at least be a US citizen.

It is not worth doing it. What you need to do is to find an alternative solution which you can use apart from Paypal which would accept Vietnamese application. It is an unfair system but it is one which we need to comply.

Yup, because after that you probably need to go get a US driver's license or US passport, US Social Security Number, US Bank Account, US Phone number and US IP Address.

If they track that you are accessing your US Paypal account using a Vietnamese IP, they will sense fraud and could suspend your account.

Just find another non-paypal alternative to meet your needs and do it legally. You did mention that you have a US Bank Account, I supposed that you were in the US before to open that account. Could you use the mailing address with that bank account for your needs ?

 

You could open a UK limited company. Limited companies are entities in their right, just like a person. You can buy them off the shelf with bank accounts (not sure how this works with people overseas because there are strict laws regarding money laundering and you will need a passport and to sign documents)

It goes without saying that your earnings through the business will be subject to UK taxation, and you can expect annual charges of around £200 to just keep within the law.

If you don't have relatives addresses/accounts you can use outside Vietnam, I think you will be struggling to get a stranger to help you out, and in any case, would you trust them?

 

Okay, I think the issue may be easily solved. I supposed from the other thread, the purpose of getting a US address is to satisfy the Paypal requirement so that you can open a Paypal US account because it is not possible to do so with a Vietnamese address. We established that a US address is not enough to get the scheme working because you need a lot more than a US PO Box address.

The fix is probably to sign up with Xoom. It supports sending money to Vietnam and those paying you can do so with a Paypal or Credit Card. You can even receive the money in VN currency . The minimum transfer is US$25 and the sender would pay a service charge of $5. You will tend be able to go to one of the Xoom agent in Vietnam listed in https://www.xoom.com/static/help-partners.html to pick up your money transfer. If you incorporate, you'll pay hefty price every year, not to mention that you'll be taxed for payments from local people. E.g. LLC in USA pays tax for payments received from americans. UK Company pays tax for payments from Europeans.

You only pay tax on profit in the UK, and corporation tax is 0% for the first £10,000 of profit. I've seen small 'convenience' companies trade with nil in the way of tax. You don't have to register for VAT (sales tax) until you turn over £60k+. You can do it cheaply.

 

too expensive with me... I saw someone here not in US (Sound Africa, Turkey...) still use paypal without any problems.
