    the OP claims server issues...

    kinda weak IMO, i think we have a scammer.

    when you think t=yopu're beig scammed and getting fed excuses (just abvit longer etc) you're getting scammed.

    Nobody here has gotten any traffic.

    because he never reply

    never care about my url,, he took the payment and looks like he run off

    but with paypal, 3-5 Business days to make Transfer, enough time to disputed my payment
