    The Adsense ads on the left are not in the fold, so they can only be viewed when scrolling to the right, which most people won't do, and your left side Adsense is being blocked by the Home link in the tab, at least on my browser.

    Adsense is best placed above the fold, on the visible portion of the page, without scrolling and withing the actual content, in my experience this works best.

    I'm not sure the title at the top of the page has the grammer correct. Not sure what you are trying to say. The ads look fine, did you exceed 3 ads per page w/ google though? if those others are from another ad network, I don't think google allows that.
