    As long as you do not reverse-engineer the game or claims that you own the games or its copyright then there is no issue with copyright.

    Those offering the games are not selling the games but rather provide the service of providing probably the SQL, description, thumbnails and/or the ease of finding the games yourself.

    If they are selling the games, it would definitely cost a lot more than that.
