Actually there is only one site - Flippa (Formerly Sitepoint Marketplace)

Sitepoint moved its domain and website market place to a new domain Flippa in middle of this year.

In my opinion Flippa is your best bet if you are looking to purchase well established sites.

I would also say Flippa and DP where Flippa been more commercial based for buying e-commerce sites. It is important to check with the seller all the details about the site along with ongoing costs, marketing costs, etc... Also, check the seller and do some research on the domain itself to see if it is not a scam.

If you would like any further details feel free to drop me a PM and I would be more then happier to answer any of your questions as I have been in e-commerce for quite some time and can offer some help and assistance in choosing legit established online stores...
