Any tutorials on how to do vector effects like this on a photo??

They're so awesome, does anyone know any tutorials that could accomplish something similar for a photo? :)
Really interested at learning how to get photos to look like these (or at least something similar):

Dear such high Quality vector work needs lots of patience and skills. You won't find a magical wand that you just move over a image and it will convert it into a high quality vector.
Make you self perfect with tools in Illustration specially pen tool and color tools, practice as much as you can.
When you feel that you have required skills then simply take the image which you love and will give you motivation to end it up.
Sketch the image with pen tool and try different shades to make a super duper vector of your own chioce.

You didn't find anything because you just want tutorials to do all for you, tutorials cant do a mericle.
If you read last three lines of my post, which are more useful then a tutorial.

    Here's a pretty good tutorial. at vectorportraits.com

I did my first vector yesterday on a photo of myself. Turned out pretty well. Here's the original picture:

    And here's the vector image:

It's not as detailed as your examples, but it's my first one so cut me some slack. :)
