    I like the link unit on the left. Have you try to make "Ads by Google" background to be a same color to "Quick Links" background? You should make your link unit (Homepage, About Us, etc) look like Google link unit. It will make your google ads more blending to your site.

    Maybe you could put a large rectangle ad block between two of the categories on the page http://blog.announce.googlepages.com/life - Black title, black text and green url, as your content, this should blend very well.

    Thanks livingingermany and actually my old version is want you have mentioned but it seems the CTR isn't satisfying. Any other suggestions?

    adlink is very well blended. nice clean site.

    with the kind of layout you have I would suggest you to put one large rectangle on top of the content. don't forget to blend the ads according to your fonts

    I don't see a growth in CTR nor earnings with the new template so wondering what the reason is ...
