I did this and am getting the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/proxybla/public_html/AnonTwitter.info/index.php on line 229

    Anyone have any idea why?

Adbrite now is little hard for proxy webmaster
If you use adbrite , if you have network of proxy, you must use different template for every proxy sites

My account in adbrite 2 day ago is flagged because several issues,
one of issued is they say I creating multiple templated copies of the same site, they say do not allow sites with little or no original content ,so only will allowed 1 zone only for my proxy sites, and I must deleted another zone I made for another proxy sites also must deleted zone for sites that no longer work.
And after I fix issued they will review my account for reinstatement.
I wait now for their email reply,I really hope my account can reinstatement soon

So if you use adbrite in proxy sites I think you must use diferrent template in every your proxy sites.

And are you use adbrite is use same ads code for every proxy sites or creating zone ads for every proxy sites?

I'm currently conducting a survey on Guard Tunnel for it's users regarding our services. I'm hoping this survey will better improve Guard Tunnel's performance :)

Thank you for your feedback proxified. I have seen some members in this thread saying that our prices are high. I am looking at increasing the bandwidth in our proxy plans (double or more). I wanted to know what is the reasonable amount of bandwidth that proxy webmasters expect from a quality, high uptime host ?

has anyone else running proxies ever used litespeed web server? litespeedtech.com - it is commercial (find a reseller like steadfast) - you can get a dual core cpu license for 38$ a month from steadfast

MUCH less ram usage then apache (i can run 70-80 mbit / sec of proxy traffic through a server and not pass 1gb ram usage - cpu slows a bit but not nearly as bad as apache would)

if anyone uses litespeed or would like to try it out (they have a 2 week trial) i can post the .conf file and you can just copy the values into the control panel for litespeed

    defiantly helps as well

i use apc - never tried the others (guess i'll have to try the other 2 during peak traffic some day) - litespeed > compile php tab - it's as easy as selecting one of 3 radio buttons for apc - eaccelerator - xcache giving the php configure build options and editing the php.ini

eAccelerator is a php optimizer - it runs along with litespeed (or other webservers) http://eaccelerator.net/ http://pecl.php.net/package/APC http://xcache.lighttpd.net/

The demands of a proxy webmaster will never be fulfilled:D. It depends on how much you can afford at your end. If the doubling of BW is still viable for you then go for it, also, churn out some monthly discount packages/offers and promote them like crazy

There are lots of proxy hosting options at lacehost which suites anyone, from noobs to pros. That is a plus point of lacehost. Currently I am a shared hosting customer of lacehost and would have loved to host my proxies there but I didn't, cos I found it bit expensive.

Today: Adbrite Proxy Earnings = 158% of Smowtion ...

Flagged, banned ... Do they have ever mentioned (forbidding) Proxy in their messages. I am sure they haven't. You have received notifications for the reasons you have outlined (Adsense may also warn/ban you if you always use the same template for example) You may want to play safe and make money :D

I have recently come across another great proxy host: VPS.net. They have attractively priced VPSs which you can instantly upgrade on demand, and downgrade during school holidays for example.

This scalability is achieved by means of nodes, and you only pay for what you use. Furthermore can you have your VPS in the United States or UK. VPSs are available from as little as s at 20$, and the more nodes you buy the cheaper they get; CPanel is available for 10$ a month as usual.

More advantage of VPS.net include failover / high availability, burst needs scheduling and automatic backups. VPS.net has been recommended to me by a fellow proxy owner and customer of VPS.net I know quite well, yet he is not actively participating in proxy discussions.

VPS.net under the current name exists 6 month, but they have been in business 13 years. I have also checked them out. Please PM me for the VPS.net affiliate link and 25% discount code.
