How Do You Currently Make Your Income With Photoshop/

I'm a pretty advanced Photoshop user, but now I'm stuck. I know how to do photo manipulation and photo retouching, but I want to use these skills to start making a little bit of money.

I'm not sure what to do and I've been really frustrated lately... can anyone give me examples of making money with my set of skills?

If you're good at Photo manipulations and stuff like that, try finding a cheap or free host and sell prints of some of your projects.
Deviantart.com also gives you the option of selling your prints, and you'll get about 1 or 2$ (not sure) per print.

I also like to use Photoshop, but some time ago, I started focusing on logos etc.
And since you know how to use photoshop, it won't take too long for you to get good @ doing logos, I'm sure!
There's tons of Logo contests in the contest section, maybe you should try that.

    I hope this was helpful!

In addition to that, try freelancing.

I think it is allowed here to make a post introducing yourself about your skills and that you are seeking for a job that you could utilize your advanced Photoshop skills. From that sense you could help others too by providing great banners, logos and other wonderful graphic designs.

    More power to you.

Thank you, those were some helpful replies. In the end, I've decided to make a website that sells my photo retouching services. I think I'm also going to do freelancing too but I'm not sure how to go about it. Its kind of intimidating.

    Hi AfroRadioHead,

It is good to know that you have decided to make a website that sells your photo retouching services. I look forward to seeing some of your works and even your website as well soon.

Thank you. All of my work are at tahti-bunny.deviantart.com, but I'm getting tired of doing my work just to do work. I'm still thinking about the photo retouching service, the only problem with that is making a website, and making a website is the worst part in itself.

There are also contests on this forum under the buy-sell section. go take a look and see what people are doing. You don't always get as much as 99designs, but it might be a good way to get your feet wet and see if you like it.

I use Freelancing sites (like Rentacoder). Photoshop it`s the base and if you know some css+html can make some money.

Teach! :) Submit tutorials to psdtuts for a quick 150 bucks, or do live teaching in your area (It's amazing how many people pay in excess of $700 for a 1 day "intensive photoshop training" that explains what layers are and how to "save for web").

For a more rewarding experience, teach things that are worth to be explained -there's a good market for advanced video tutorials as well (but not for live training, as people choosing face2face are usually looking for basic instructions rather than advanced).

Head to the contests section of digital point, plenty of people offering work there. Depending on how confident you feel, go for higher or lower paying contests.

I usually use photoshop for my works such as website, logo, prints or image editing ! I'm designer :)
Selling products on marketplace is ok, however the % profit you receive is really low such as envato marketplaces.
