    There are many ready made brusehd available to make effects like this you can use those brushed and you can have this effect on a mouse click so search for a brush

    The first one is just a brush of varying sizes, and then an outer glow on the blending options.

    The second one is a gradient of a square with some perspective (Edit - Transform - Perspective ) edits.

    Pick a small circle brush ( 9 or smaller ) and then add some brush settings (Windows>Brushes) and add scatter around 300% and then double click the text layer and then add outer glow.

    Leave the color the same and lower the opacity for 30%

    And for the second one is easy
    Just get the polygon tool and make 3 sided
    Make a large triangle and push the sides in
    and then add a gradient
