Why were clicks on my Link Unit not caculated to earnings?

In Adsense report, I found none of the clicks on my Link Units not caculated to earnings. I changed Adsense setting to Fill space with a solid color if no relevant link units. The ads has no change. That means the ads are not public ads.

See the page below. If it is because the ads is too close the small triangle button or not.

Now I'm intended to move the ads 5px below and also use different background color from the button container. Is this better or there's any other reason?

I guess you might want to authorise your site first.

On overview page

Click on Adsense Setup link on top bar
Click on Allowed Sites
Select the second radio button and type in your domain name.
Then save it...

Also, you might want to use larger ad units on your website. They are more prominent, and interesting. Your CTR might improve that way...

I selected the 2nd button and inputed the name of my domain. Not sure if it can solve the problem. But I see the default setting - the 1st button - Allow any site to show ads for my account, should cover the scope of the 2nd button. And in fact the clicks on the Ad units were calculated to earnings.
