Best Cart for 18 items, free shipping & sell to US only

I will have less than 20 items and sell to usa only and will offer free shipping on all orders. Payment via paypal only.

I'm looking at VirtueMart, ZenCart and Magento.

What cart do your recommend or should i only use paypal cart?

Hope to build a large affiliate program.

    Thanks

I recommend you try out osCommerce and Magento. They are the best ecommerce solution available today. I have been using the two and I have been happy with them.

Since you have so few items you could use zencart or other cart only options (paypal has a cart also).

    Try prestashop.

for you it's excellent because it has:
    - fast and nice configuration
    - paypal module

and is really easy to theme.

Magento is great but the code is real heavy and requires a VPS or better hosting. Here is the info from specialist:

    - Magento requires 96 Mb only for PHP per instance, plus 300 Mb for Mysql - for small site. For 10k+ product only full-dedicated server (enzo web programer)
    - For stable performance magento developers recommends 128Mb. By my epxreices says that 64Mb is quite enough, but 128 Mb is optimal (alex.nuzil web programer)
-Up to 256Mb not saying about 512 Mb (tech project manager of varien Co Ukraine)
-We have successful setup and maintenance examples for Magento stores on Shared hosting with low traffic (tech project manager of varien Co Ukraine)

Product2Web by a long shot...I have multiple sites with Product2Web and they are the best I've used compared to magneto, Orange CRM, Limelight and Fusionsoft.

I think VirtueMart is the best choice for you, it's easy to run and manage via Joomla :)
