Google Referal Banner not Loading atm?!

    Is anyone else getting this on any of there sites?

    Referal Link is Between search bar, and top ads

    Its not showing up, sometimes I get a black bar, and sometimes I get a grey bar, but no writing or images on it, is anyone having any other trouble with their adsense content at the moment.

    I wonder if this will last for all 4 hours that they are doing work on the adsense site.

    The referal banners never really loaded consistently for me. I only use the text.
