    I clicked around a tiny bit. Your ad placement looks good. The banners are very eye catching, and sticking with image ads works well with your site, as far as I can tell.

    Wow! nice logo dude. nice skin,nice colors,nice banners.
    however as you have asked for suggestions, my suggestions would be to place ADS just below the search box , or just above the link-index.

    that way your site will look cool and hopefully increase your CTR%

    Ads are placed lower. Shift them to the upper side so that they become more visible.

    Place adsense link unit at the bottom of header image with a background color.

    So it will be look like website menu and you will get click
