Is windows 7 best operating system ever?

What does all this have to do with Search Engine Optimization?

 

Very little!

Nevertheless, Windows 7 might become the best, but the first version of any software should never take that title. Users are just getting to grips with it and once companies start to deploy it large scale the poorly tested areas of the program will start to appear.

Give it till Service Pack 1 and then we might have a winner! ;-)

 

window 7 is best but before it i love xp no doubt window 7 has more features.

well linux is the most reliable operating system mostly on servers linux is used. its way much better than any window but the thing is that its not that user friendly people are more comfortable with windows.....but if ur used to it then its the best.....

 

well, i am using windows 7 for over 1 month now, and i am very happy with it. it is damn fast and there are some nice windows 7 tips and tricks out there that makes it even better!

for me, this windows version is the best from microsoft at this moment. Vista is gone if you ask me, xp to! 7 is the way to go, hopefully microsoft is not bringing out 8 too fast!

As regards Windows 7, I am yet to test it myself and hence XP is still the best OS for me!

Windows XP and windows 7 take up the same amount of resources or around the same, this is the so called claim of Microsoft.

Windows 7 is by far the best OS from Microsoft.
It combines the elegance of Vista and stability and XP.

I also have used many microsoft operating sytems, but according to me Windows XP is the best of them.

Personally I've used 'nearly' every OS MS has released, I was skeptical at first to upgrade to Windows 7 considering I absolutely hated Vista and have been tied down to XP for some time, however during a Harddrive failure I decided hey I'll give it a shot and if I don't like it i'll just wipe it right away and go back to XP. However I was pleasantly surprised. Honestly I think Windows 7 is a great OS and would suggest anyone to give it a go. As far as no sound working...blah blah, yeh I ran into that as well, however a quick download of the latest Realtek audio drivers and it was working again.

 

This problem is easy to fix. It's a matter of getting the right drivers... the same stuff can just as easily happen with Windows XP.

If your computer is more than a couple years old, you'll have to get the right drivers from the manufacturers website... and be sure to run them in "Windows XP compatibility mode." Chances are... most manufacturers won't be making Windows 7 native drivers for old hardware... but that doesn't mean the old hardware won't work!

 

what, win 7 has one of the best driver support available in OS currently.

I tried many OS's in my life, starting from MS-dos! Also tried many linuxes, my favorite so fast is ubuntu - is the only one that is possible to find my video card driver - the rest of the linuxes have horrible support for drivers, u have to literally go crazy to find specific drivers... but that's not a linux fault but driver writers fault.

anyways, I'm running win7 right now and I'm a happy camper... not a single problem whatsoever! I'm impressed.
