    Great design, but I think the Adsense CTR will be quite low, close to 1-2% because there are too many distractions. But again, the design is great!

    i kinda personally feel that the ads are crowded in the site, i mean not these many ads required, keep only minimal ads untill you have a huge loyal traffic post which you could capitalize !

    Ads placement is good. All you need to do is get more traffic for your site.

    About the distraction:

    The distractions that Gekidan said, is the other ads on your site specially the ads under the header.
