Shopping cart for 30-60 clothes

Hi, what do you think is the best shopping cart for 30-60 products? I want something that loads fast. I tried Magento on localhost and it was too slow for me. Should I experiment to use it or what software do you guys can recommend?

Please also recommend a cheap, good domain + hosting provider. Thanks

I am currently testing out OpenCart. It has been 30 days trying to install the software but unfortunately i didn't find a way. Well, others were able to set up properly.

If i successfully set it up on Fri/Sat/Sun, i'll contact you again. Maybe you can become my first seller.

Sure, i'm trying Prestashop right now. And it's very lightweight and easy to use.
I'm just having problems integrating with Paypal

I have just found a live shop made out of OpenCart software. It is quite amazing but unfortunately i couldn't modify the raw OpenCart into such a nice work of art.

Here is the link to the online store: http://stacystewart.com/store/.

Maybe you'll get inspired by the look of it. I am. Yes I am.

OpenCart would definitely be my choice. I use it for one of my sites and works quite nicely. It can be daunting to work with the template, but it's manageable if you know a little coding.

OSCommerce has never disappointed with me. It is easy to install and use.

And use HosterBuddy.com, they offer really good deals on hosting IMO.

    Good luck.

I use OSCommerce but I'm curious if anyone has used the Google Checkout -> Google Docs cart. storegadgetwizard.appspot.com/storegadgetwizard/

Also, osCMax looks interesting but I'm not sure if my template would work. www.oscmax.com/

Try aitendant. You get much more than a shopping cart. Its easy to use and it integrates into your sites so you do not need a separate pages to sell from. You can check out the solution at the aitendant homepage.

OSCommerce has a lot of issues. For instance it does not encrypt cc numbers.

Host gator and blue host have some pretty cheap host solutions you just need it to run on a LAMP or windows server. Host gator uses cpanel which has some pretty nice features and easy to use, should also have fantastico which has a list of installable apps.

Have you tried BigCommerce by Interspire? It was released last year, and offers a free 15 day trial.
