    Is Winnerpost is your site? If that's the one, then you have to provide some good content that will display targeted ads. Some ads showing on your site is not relevant.

    Actually i don't know what content to post? i think all posts over there are good and informative. Can you give me some hints on how to display targeted ads? I am really not good in this stuff but still trying my best!

    Well, I liked your template, add one link unit above the blog archive. and then put one ad on the left side above the navigation buttons. Add one big square image ad above the posts.
